After 30 years of IT consulting within the Oil and Gas sector, Mike decided to retire in 2019. Upon returning from a 3 year hiatus traveling the world he decided to start up a company to help local businesses in his adopted home town of Houston, Tx. The company was formed in 2023 and was based around how to help small to medium sized companies in Texas increase their revenue organically.

Harold, better known as "HWJ" decided he wanted to be a part of the business after hearing what we were able to do. He brings in a wealth of knowledge in various industries around commercial construction and home remodeling. He has also been a hunting guide, golf pro, football coach and financial planner.

Towards the end of 2023 the company decided to hire Jay to come work as a sales person within the Loyalty and Rewards segment. Jay is a moderator for UnTapped and is well known within the Houston Craft Beer industry. His love and passion for Houston shows thru his commitment as a Rodeo Volunteer, dire hard Astros fan and a connoisseur of food and craft beer in his hometown.
